Infusionsoft makes small business marketing easier

Posted: 7/31/2012
By: Lindsey Graham
Small business owners are often conflicted with spending time running their business, so they often don't have the time to take a step back and work on making the business more marketable. Infusionsoft recently answered the call for business owners to have a more of a grasp on the direction their company is headed.

Infusionsoft is an all-in-one sales and marketing platform that gives business owners options when it comes to marketing, allowing them to focus more on other aspects of their company.

“If you’re a one-man shop, you have different needs and challenges than a business with 25 employees," said Clate Mask, the CEO and co-founder of Infusionsoft. "And you have widely different needs and challenges than a 100-person or 500-person company.”

According to Clate, small businesses look to improve their sales and marketing process by combining multiple point solutions. While this doesn't fully solve the IT problems, it is a temporary fix. Small businesses are at a disadvantage because they don't have internal IT resources that can integrate all point solutions.

Infusionsoft's new Marketplace is used to connect business owners to applications, consultants and other businesses that can help them expand their reach.

The Huffington Post recently published an article that stated companies need to create more return on investment from social media by making sure they're delivering the right message to the right audience and through the right channel. More marketers are looking at using Facebook, Twitter and other social media pages as requirements as opposed to options now in order to expand a company's reach, small business marketing and attention in the market they serve.
