3 attemps by my office before shipped to correct address. 23 envelopes spoiled by moisture.

The custom envelopes were of excellent quality and printed to our satisfaction. We had a problem with the original shipment, but Amsterdam reprinted the it and shipped the new order within a week.

took over a month to get the proof right. terrible miscommunication between representative and art department created a major hastle that set our project back nearly a month, but finally got the right product and it was very nice.
Resolution Update — We're very sorry anytime miscommunications happen with our customers. We pride ourselves on getting it right but this sort of delay is unacceptable! We're happy you were satisfied with the product once received!
