These pre-printed window envelopes are a great product. We have ordered from another company, and your price is so much less. I plan to order pre-printed regular envelopes when I run out of what I currently have. Thanks for a great product at a great price!

envelope quality was alright - seemed flimsy and print could have been darker but your customer service rep who took our order was exceptional and went above and beyond to help us.

I noticed your gum on the envelope flap is continuous. My previous supplier provided three separate gum strips on the flap. Your envelope seals much better. The printing on your envelope was much sharper and darker that previouos supplier. Logo and order entry service was terrific. You won me over! Happy Jack

The printing and quality of the paper is great. The only problem I have had and it hasn't been often is the glue that holds the envelope together is sometimes loose. Not the part that is moisten the back part where the three sides come together.

Generally, the product is fine. I had the opportunity to receive excellent customer support after the imprint of the envelopes were not satisfactory. I was pleased to receive a reprinting in a timely manner, only to find that the printing was again, off. A 25% discount incentive will be appreciated as I will think twice before ordering. The relatively high rating given is due to the hassle-free and very friendly attitude of the customer service agent.
