When considering if/and how many tote bags I wanted to order for our 30th Anniversary in business, I was told to send whatever ideas I may have for a logo imprint "and our art dept will work it up for you". I received an e-mail with a proof of exactly what I had sent in and figured the art dept thought it must be ok. I did approve the proof I saw and placed my order for 300 totes. Yes, the big boxes arrived from China; when I opened the first box and saw the tote bags my heart sank. It wasn't a true red, it was more like a deep orange/red. But the worst part was that the logo imprint was much smaller than the proof I had received/approved. It looks skimpy and cheap. I still don't know what to do with these bags as of now. I didn't call to complain this time...buyer beware...(because the anniv. pens I had ordered previously arrived without the Anniv. logo and they did send me a full re-print of my order)and I didn't want to complain again..BUT please be sure and double sure, before you give the ok for production. I am very disappointed in the job the ART DEPT did for me.
