The mugs are great quality and look really good. Unfortunately, we were never shown the logo that would be put on the mugs, and it does not meet our organization's requirement for graphic standards. Overall pretty good for the price. The spoon makes it work. I have to add, we had a problem with our original order, and the customer service was great - no issues with getting it resolved - thank you.

The cups weren't very good quality, some had nicks in them. The cups look high quality in the picture, but definitly not what we were expecting.
