Had to make a logo change in color and was suppose to have a new a new proof to examine in a day or two but it took 8 days and that was after I had to initiate through email again. Eleven days later I am waiting for another proof to examine and again, had to send another email asking for this along with a phone call or two along the way. Over the phone your staff was helpful but I felt this took way too long and was promised it would take 24-48 hours for each proofing. Once we received our product it took about a month total. Five stars for the product 1 star for service.

The district is very pleased with this product as this is our second order. Unfortunately, I discussed on the telephone, with the sales rep, that the logo needed to be changed. I sent the new layout in publisher, the rep could not open the document so I sent it to her in word. I did not hear from her so I thought all was well. Last week I received the bags that had the old logo on them. Very disappointed. Please advise as to how we can correct this problem. Otherwise, I have no complaints with any of the products we have purchased.
