Customer loved the finished product, only problem was the shipping containers. Containers 2 were shipped, 1 container was in great shape, second container was received all taped up box was broken and someone tryed to tape it closed and did not do a good job?? This container "WAS NOT MARKED HANDLE WITH CARE ". I called Kim and informed her on the condition of the box, I then call UPS and informed the lady on what the box looked like and she was no help at all didn't even try to helpor anything. I took pictures for Kim and e-mailed them to her. I do hope the pictures will help in talking with the party that did your packing.
