horrendous customer service. After going round and round with them anf finally it seemed they had the correct inofromation, i was sent incorrect order and have spent nearlty 3 more weeks trying to get the original order understood by art department. representative promises this reprint will be correct. Our project has been set back a month waiting in these. At least I am not being charged for this order. That was good business for them to offer that and I appreciate it.
