The imprint on the bag is wrong. The logo is in the wrong place. Customer Service via e-mail has been of very little help.

The bags are fine. the customer service left a lot to be desired. I was promised a delivery date but had to make repeated calls to receive the item. It arrived about 60 days after placing the order - well after the event requiring the bags. Also, I thought by submitting a logo in color, the bags would have the logo in color. Instead, it was all in black print. I will clearly think twice before ordering this or a similar item again.
