The product is good, your policies and such are what stink. It appears that you doubt the quality of your own product when you inflate ordered quantities for what lame term you call overruns. You did not inflate my ordered quantity when I ordered printed #10 envelopes, but when I ordered these calendars with NO PRINTING, I am billed for more than I ordered. Thus demonstrating you doubt the quality of the item from off the shelf, just so you can get more money than was requested by the customer, and they just take it. It would be better that in order to ensure your best quality, you still over run if you feel the need, but not charge or nick the customer for your own doubt of the quality being the same for each and all items ordered, rather than having to inflate the order (especially when it did not even include printing) **Customer has been contacted and satisfied
