I was not that pleased with these pens because the type came out so tiny that you have to put on your glasses in order to read it. It was not large and clear like the advertised pens. I was happy with the service however because when I needed to make changes after the order was placed, they accomodated me.

These pens are great- they write well and the patients and staff love them! The only problem I had is the frosted part of the pen was a little more clear than I had anticipated.
