This was a good offer but not perfect—by Walt from Tampa, Florida | 5/18/2013
I ordered the 200 pens and got the additional 400 as part of the offer. Delivery took about 10 days which was good. My only issue was that there were about 25+ pens in the box that were broken or all apart in pieces probably due to the carton getting mishandled during shipment or a quality control problem off the packaging line. Still, at 25 cents per pen, this ws a better than average deal. I'll consider this supplier for future promotional items.
Resolution Update — We credited back the pens that were damaged without any haste. Thank you for the review and for the great company feedback!

The product seems to be good, however I DID NOT receive it in time for my event! I called 3 days after the order was placed to see my status and found out I probably wouldn't get it in time, but they would not let me pay for overnight shipping (at that point, event was still two days away and I feel like I should have been able to get it in time! Especially if I PAID EXTRA for faster shipping!!) when I was told no, I tried to cancel the order, because the items would be of NO USE to me after the fact, and again I was told NO! I finally received my order 3 days after my event was over!! I now have a box full of useless items!! VERY DISSAPPOINTED!!!!! Misrepresentation of when to expect products on website! And now I am inundated with nonstop e-mails from this company to buy more!!!! Enough already!!! Please stop!!
