Soft cover—by Georgette Dumont from Franklin | 3/30/2011
I was not impressed with this product! I would rather give a hard cover. a hard cover does not get damaged in a purse as much.
Resolution Update — We’re confident the hard covered Richford Planners you ordered as a replacement were more “purse friendly”. Every product has its limitations as far as durability but apologize that the soft cover planner did not meet your expectations.
