Poor quality of the print (hard to read)-lines of print are shifted, no spaces between letters and numbers. The invoice came two days before the shipment.I need couple of days to check the product before I would pay you.The shipping charges are excessive and never been disclosed. Just remove my name from your mailing list and close my account. Your payment will be mailed within a month.

Love love love these planners. The quality is superb. Looks like real leather . Perfect for our patients, looks as though we paid a fortune for them. The product was great as well as the delivery. Great product. I have been sending these calendars or similiar product from Amsterdam for over 10 years. My customers love them and look forward to receiving them every year. My only suggestion is to be careful about what size print you choose for the front. Large makes them look cheap. Small is hard for older people to read.
