The customer service we received from Amsterdam was great. Our associate, Felicia, went above the call of duty trying to find us a last minute product. She expedited shipping of samples to us and also spent more than an hour on the phone with us while we decided what we wanted and what she could do us in our limited time frame. The product itself is well worth the money. The pen does not quite have the heaviness that I wanted; however, it writes great, the display box is sharp, the lettering and our company logo turned out great and I am very pleased with the quality of the letter opening. We will probably order this item again.
