I'm very unhappy with my product and the order of this product! when I first received the original product it was NOT the way I requested it. so I contacted customer service and they did say sorry and did a re-order of the product two weeks later I receive the re-order I'm excited, I open the package and it's the same way as the first order and I went over the order with customer service a couple of times before we got off the phone, they repeated the order to me and I get the same thing, so here I go again I will contact customer service again and see what happens now, and for your information the pens stop writing like it runs out of ink, this should not happen.
