I ordered 1,000 of these pens in the color blue because that is my company color. I now have a box full of 1,000 royal purple pens. This color is not blue at all. This all comes after several discrepencies in billing, the other pens i ordered didn't come with the right color ink, and I was originally provided a tracking number for THIS shipment that wasn't even true. Will probably not be ordering again.

Resolution Update — We replaced Sarahs order with a different pen that is more of the shade of blue she was looking for. We have recently been made aware that our blue pens are actually darker in color than what our image is showing. We apologize to all our Amsterdam customers who also may have experienced this matter and to contact us at 1-800-833-6231 for more information or assistance. We will always go above and beyond for customer satisfaction.

I realize I bought the Bottom Line Pen but these feel extremely junky. I will not order these pens again.
