The color was not as pictured, which was disappointing. Two weeks afte my order was received the pen was on sale at almost a give-away price. That too was disappointing.
Resolution Update — We never like to see a review where a customer is dissappointed. Our customer loyalty is important to us. Sometimes screen resolutions can slightly change a color tone. Please contact us so we can make sure you are happy.

Nice Pens SMALLer imprint than expected—by Anonymous Reviewer | 3/7/2013
The proof was great but when I received the pens, the font and italics made it almost impossible to read the imprint.
