Product is very nice and the message on the second order was very clear. Custimers were very pleased and it created more positive comments than anything we haved used. Service by the supplier was excellent and deliveries were very fast.

Although the keychain flashlights were excellent, I was disappointed that at least 15 of them were not working properly and at least 2 of them were damaged. In turn, I did not receive 100 working keychains. I will be retrurning 14 of the keychains to see if I will receive 14 working ones in return to complete my 100 order.

I was extremely satisfied with product and will purchase from Amsterdam again. Only one out of 65 lights was damaged. The laser printer had scratched the cylinder. For that reason I could not give a perfect rating; however, I truly hope to in the future.
Resolution Update — We were able to reach out to Cathy and are happy to report that she has since been issued a credit for the faulty keychain. Out of 50 units, 18 wore bad when I gat them, and 7 more went bad with my custmers. This was order 9729390. What a mess. I called it in.

These little keychains with the flashlight are most appreciated. One customer was getting into her car and decided to use her flashlight to look first. In the back seat of her car she saw someone hiding. She called the police and the person was arrested. She called me the next day to tell me of her encounter and too also thank me so much for giving her that little flashlight. Don G Croucher

With all the rain storms in our area recently, the power went off for a short time at night. Thank goodness for this "Bright Light" keychain. It lit the entire room for us to get around until the power was restored.
