Carabiner Deluxe

I ordered the Carabiner Deluxe key chains just a couple of weeks ago. I received my order in under a week! I ordered five different colors for variety, and they are fantastic. The quality of the product and the engraving is very nice. We took them to a monthly event that we sponsor and everybody loved them. The carabiners that we took to the event were gone in no time.
I have always enjoyed working with Union Pen, and I am so glad to see that Amsterdam Printing does an equally great job. Thank you guys for everything!

The product was well done and arrived properly. The only problem was that Amsterdam ordered more than the number I requested, apparently because of the need to have a trial run to make sure the printing came out properly. That's fine, but instead of explaining this and offering the added number for possible purchase, I was simply billed for the excess number, which I assumed was a billing error. Your paperwork should explain the reason for the added number of items above the number ordered and offer for sale rather than simply bill for them.

The carabiner deluxe keychains are exactly as we hoped they would be. Look great and work great. Will order from Amsterdam again!

I ordered these in three colors, can't wait to give them to our employees AND riders. I chose these carabiners because they seem perfect for men and women. I think everyone will find these very handy to use!
