Love those nice mugs . Few were broken from delivery . Box was open in bottom . Mugs were touching and some handles were off the mugs and others were crack. Over all the mugs were nice.

I have ordered these mugs 6 times. They are a great 'give away' with plenty of space on each side for your company logo or words of encouragement. I write my own message ... picking a scripture pertinate to our cause and have it imprinted. I give these mugs away to people with whom I am in ministry. These mugs help encourage those who work hard serving others.

Logo and text ink pale by comparison to that offered online. Ordering very confused, with much back and forth on quite simple item and order. Frustrating. Heavy box shipment left in middle of road, with one item having chipped bottom. I wouldn't order from you again.

It's a good solid mug, nice heft and feel to it. Holds the right amount of beverage. The printing is clear, legible and uniform. I'm happy with it, the customer's are happy; what more could you want?
