I ordered personalized white ceramic coffee mugs as an advertising tool for our facility. I was thrilled with the quality! They are a good sturdy mug, not a light weight product as so many other companies offer! The recipents are very impressed, and I believe this will be an effective and inexpensive way to market our facility! Great job and great product! I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Problem Solved—by C L Dobbs from Waco, Texas | 12/21/2012
I ordered the ceramic cups with customized printing. I received my order and found the printing was not correct. I was disappointed, but called to talk with customer service. They promptly corrected my order (which looks Great!!) and I received them quickly (still made it for Christmas gifts)and they charged me nothing extra. They just ask that I donate the old order to a charity, which I know the perfect one. I have always been pleased with all of my printed orders. Thank you and Merry Christmas!
