And, every time the physician needs to jot down another entry into his pocket calendar, he sees my company name, phone number and website. My company becomes associated with an attractive, meaingful gift.

Ink on many smeared maybe due to rush delivery caused by the fact that there were MULTIPLE delays by the company due to lack of stock (twice); and production and delivery of printing plate. Although we have ALWAYS been delighted in the past, this year has been an ENTIRE disaster. The wrong logo was used in printing including typos and giving these out did not create the "GREAT" first impression we demand. The 50% discount received for the 2 month delay, lack of quality and accuracy and communication will make me suspect next year. Total refund was NEVER an option by the company. **Customer was contacted and satisfied
