Custom Academic Calendars

The calendars themselves were ok, I ordered black with red lettering but the mascot I got in the middle ended up being pink. The company was very helpful with trying to fix the problem, offering to make new ones but we ended up just going with a discount. They are very nice to deal with.

The calendars have many places to enter useful info for our PTO, such as meeting dates, no school dates, etc. We even used the entire inside back cover to enter our sports schedules for all seasons. The inside front cover was printed a little off-color (ink not smoothly applied). Also, when I was entering the info for our calendars, the suggested text boxes kept reappearing on my draft since I was interrupted many times entering the data and had to save my progress and come back. Each time I would do that, the sample text boxes would re-appear even though I had deleted them the previous times, which was really time consuming and annoying. Lastly, when I tried to add art pictures of soccer balls, etc. to the sports schedule page, the website kept crashing and I lost all my info. Once I finally had the calendars the way I wanted them, they did print that way and look really nice. We've sold quite a few so far and have had nice compliments on their looks and functionality.

Our college purchased the academic year calendars from Amsterdam and after many emails, phone calls, the final product was quality. While we are very impressed with the final product, we were less than satisfied with the customer service. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, errors on submitted work remained unchanged. The templates that they use were frustrating to maneuver. Had the company mentioned that we could've created our own cover from the start, many of the problems we encountered could've been avoided. I would suggest that colleges/groups that can't afford to use the company's graphics artist, use their own to create a cover to the company's specifications. But again, the end product was wonderful

The website is alittle difficult to maneuver, but was able to speak to our representative who was very helpful. I order and create the calendars for our school staff with phone numbers, addresses and school dates on the covers. Thank you for another great school calendar.

Everything was perfect. It came when it was suppose to and was exactly what it was suppose to be.
