When I first contacted Amsterdam, I did not think that I was going to enjoy my experience with them. I was told different information from different people and was very frustrated. I then was put in contact with a sales rep who was amazing!!!! He made the whole process easy and enjoyable! As many changes as I made to my product, he, nor the designers, were irritated or bothered by it! And trust me... I made a THOUSAND changes! I am glad that I continued to give Amsterdam a chance and was not scared away by the first two indivduals that I talked to. Scott did a GREAT job of calming me down after my inital bad experience and definantly saved my business with Amsterdam! I will continue to use them in the future! Thank you, Amie B.

Product Wonderful-Customer Service Not so much—by Anonymous Reviewer | 6/20/2011
Our college purchased the academic year calendars from Amsterdam and after many emails, phone calls, the final product was quality. While we are very impressed with the final product, we were less than satisfied with the customer service. Despite numerous emails and phone calls, errors on submitted work remained unchanged. The templates that they use were frustrating to maneuver. Had the company mentioned that we could've created our own cover from the start, many of the problems we encountered could've been avoided. I would suggest that colleges/groups that can't afford to use the company's graphics artist, use their own to create a cover to the company's specifications. But again, the end product was wonderful

The website is alittle difficult to maneuver, but was able to speak to our representative who was very helpful. I order and create the calendars for our school staff with phone numbers, addresses and school dates on the covers. Thank you for another great school calendar.

We had placed an order last year as a thank you gift for our teachers and our PTO Committee Chairs and was so impressed with the quality that we decided to order again this year. Patricia took much time in helping me select the design and getting the wording just right. The calendar turned out wonderful.

The calendars look great! The colors are bright and appealing. It has our school mascot and name on the front with the address on the back. We are very pleased with our purchase.

Everyone loves the calendar. If we decide to order again next year there will be a few minor changes (as in background color/inside cover). Overall we are very pleased with the calendars. And appreciate the help the staff gave me in getting it set up for the first time.

I had to order these calendars three times before the product was correct. The first set was sent with the wrong year. Second set sent with the wrong cover. Third set was beautiful but made me miss my deadline for handing them out to my staff. Customer service personnel were very helpful after the first error. When I called with the second error they were irritated and not customer friendly at all. I have used Amsterdam for five years in a row. Next year I will search for a new vendor.
