I placed an order for these pens on January 25th. I submitted the art file with the correct image to right place, gave them my payment information... completed everything I was supposed to. So when I got a call on February 15th saying the order was still on hold because I hadn't sent an art file I was a little surprised. I asked the Amsterdam associate what email address I should of sent the file to & found it in my sent items on the 25th of January. I explained to the man that I needed the pens in less than a week because of something our company was participating in & he told me he could rush ship it but it would cost ME more! He admitted to having the file I sent 2 weeks earlier, but still insisted on me paying for the rush shipping. Their mistake, but I would have to pay for it. RIDICULOUS! So when the pens finally arrived on the 1st of March (an ENTIRE month after I placed the order) I wanted to just throw the blasted pens out. The pens are great, the customer service should be given a D- or worse. I'm never ordering anything from this company again!
Resolution Update — We certainly agree and would go a step further to give that level of customer service a failing grade. We've taken your story and used it to better educate our agents. We'd certainly love another chance to make this right but we understand your frustration. We're very sorry this happened.

We purchased an assortment of colors. Love the bright colors with the name engraved. Smooth writing pen that is not overly heavy with nice grip to hold on to.

Everyone loves the feel of the pen but why is there such cheap ink refills in each pen. We had problems on our last order of pens with the same thing. Lousy Ink cartridges most of the ink is spotty instead of being fluid. Would recommend changing to a gel pen to get better writing ability.
