Excellent price with the promotional flyer. Customized names are an instant draw. BUT The Original ordering process was problematic. Customer service lost my order. Some pencils were broken and some pens were defective out of the box but customer service quickly processed credits and reprints. Order in plenty of time to avoid costly errors.
