I wanted to purchase GREEN, but it was not available while your Web site shows Green. I ordered Burgundy instead, and now am satisfied with it. My customers like it. The customers' satisfaction is my satisfaction. I will reorder someday.

Quality Downhill—by Phoenix from Austin, Tx | 4/20/2012
We have ordered these pens in the past and have been very pleased; however the last two shipment have been a disaster. The first one the ink would only last about a week. They replaced these at no charge with new pens, but when you twist them the tip will out come all the way out. We are taking Amsterdam off of our pen buying list.
Resolution Update — When we read this review, we were disappointed that we let this customer down. Our customers mean the the world to us and we will do whatever it takes to keep them coming back to us. We contacted this customer, apologized and worked on a solution. We are true believers that action speaks louder than words.
