Shipping was way too high to Hawaii so I had to go through a supervisor to get an adjustment. I ordered 100 and got billed for 105 so I had to ask for another adjustment. Then I had to make yet another call to ask for my refund to be sent.

I have been ordering from Amsterdam for several years. The vast selection of pocket calendars is a winner but, most importantly my clients love it. One year I switched to a different product and they asked, "where is the pocket calendar"? That let me know what I needed to do. Whatever other give-away I have it must include the pocket calendar from Amsterdam. It also allows for them to schedule their next appointment and write it in their calendar. Which is another asset for me as far as client retention. It's a win! win! situation!
