Used these mugs as special awards for certain (not all) volunteers in homeowners association activities. Imprint was very crisp and perfect quality. No smudges or rough edges of any kind anywhere in the design imprint. Positioning on the mug was just right. It all added up to a special object with artistic as well as memento value. Was received by all as a quality gift.

Loved the Mugs, the quality is great and the image even better. When having a text on it, watch that it shows up, I had black on blue and now wished I would have put white on the blue. I think the price is great.

I ordered some of these mugs for our Jurisdictional Church of God in Christ Silver Anniversary. They were a great gift to the church leaders who truly appreciated our Jurisdictional logo, Bishops picture, and anniversary theme ALL on the mug! Wish we could have given one to everyone! They were a big hit! You guys even replaced a broken mug we received! You got my future business!!

The mugs looked great when they arrived, and they came quickly. But after a few washes the imprinting starts to flake off and look horrible. Fairly useless if they can only go through a few wash cycles, even at the great price. Disappointing.
