What a wonderful deal this mug was for us. We are a small church start and needed a mug but couldn't affort it untill this offer came. I want to order more of them. Every one prefers a mug to other gifts.

I ordered this mug for distribution in our subdivision as awards to community service volunteers. The mug had a truly professional look, and it was of a high quality that communicated a first class image to the recipients. The imprint was crisp and perfectly duplicated the supplied art.

These mugs were a BIG hit at our 40 yr reunion!!! Everyone loved them. In ordering them, I had a choice of many different backgrounds, which was nice.. Thank you for a fast and accurate order..

When we used the on-line tool to design the mugs, we chose a blue background. It seemed similar to a blue sky background but more of an abstract design. Wnen the cups arrived the background was purple. I called your customer service and was told that the color of the background was purple, not blue, so re-running the order would not change anything. I went back to the on-line tool and the background we had selected just 2 weeks before was no longer listed. Since I could not check it after the fact, it is my opinion your company is simply covering up a mistake. We are disappointed. Since the purple color is not bad, we are simply going ahead with our plans even though it is not want we wanted. A rebate would be appropriate.
