We expected to love these mugs but were even more surprised at how great they look.

These mugs came out looking really good and they are fairly sturdy looking mugs, with reasonably thick handles. The only problem I had is that when I uploaded the artwork it looked on the web that it was cutting off the words on the edges of my artwork, however they fixed that on the first one and they said that they would fix that on my 2nd order with different art work as well. I wish that they would email you a proof. It would set my mind at ease. Also it would be really nice if they offered a 15 oz mug as well. I took advantage of the sale on designing my own mug, combining some stock artwork with my own message. I got them to match this school year's calendars. The end product is great--not only a much more cost-effective way of getting a personalized mug--but also a great mug design. The size, shape and handle are the kind that everybody likes. The set-up was easy and gave me a good preview of what I was getting.

I was impressed about the quality and speed of delivery of this order. The layout was exactly as I had hoped. It would have been 5 stars if I had a way to review the graphics on the order after I submitted it to insure that it was as I set it up using the WEB wizard.
