The business card came printed with everything I wanted, but the business card magnet isn't a good quality magnet. It barely holds one sheet of paper and folds easily. When the business cards were cut, they weren't cut to make sure everything was centered. So some edges are weighted more than the other side. Guess the price you pay is what you get.
Resolution Update — We immediately contacted this cutomer to resolve. This level of feedback is important for us since it brings awareness to issues we can have corrected. In this case, we were able to satisfy this customer for a happy ending.
