For the second year in a row, the weekly digital calendar with vinyl cover ordered for our fire department arrived in a timely manner, and looked great! With a picture of our department's current logo on the front, original 1967 patch on the back, and digital NY twin towers background, our visitors will surely appreciate the front counter freebie.

I like the quality and the price of the product and have no qualms. I dis however has significant issues with adjusting the photograph online. Was unable to crop, rotate etc which led me to rely on customer service. The final product was what I wanted however the delay in obtaining proofs via email due to the size of the attachment was taxing. I also experienced difficulty in the fact that there is no way to speak with the same customer service agent on serial calls. This made ordering even more tedious.

We use this product to send out to a select list of clients on an annual basis. We have had many clients comment that they rely on our Calendars. It works for us because we can include a one page letter with our calendar for one ounce or $0.44 to-day. The mail cost is a significant item for us so if we can do it for one ounce that is great.
