The shoppping tote itself is a good alternative to plastic bags and is popular with our customers. For some reason the art department could not seem to get the artwork correct on our totes. Customer service was very polite and easy to work with. They re-printed our totes, but still did not get the artwork correct. We kept, and paid for, the second batch of totes, but will probably not order these again.

A bit more flimsy than I thought it would be. The wrong logo was imprinted on it and we could not recognize what it was. We still are waiting for the correct logo (3 books + apple) after 3 calls and 2 e-mail requests. **Customer has been contacted and satisfied
