got off to a little bet of a rocky start but customer service is excelent.he printing on the first order was alittle off but at no charge it was redown and came out perfect.I did not have to return the first order.

I am team captain for a Relay For Life, (American Cancer walk) group and these bags are great gifts to "sell" for donations for our team's support. Everyone seems to really enjoy them. They are sturdy and just the right size.

I was sad that we were not able to get the sand colored bags because they went with our color scheme. I also think that when I called to change the color I was a little rushed and did not realize that I had black ink on the bags. When a product is on reorder I think that the representative should make sure the customer understands exactly what they are ordering.**Customer has been contacted and satisfied
