We have been very happy with this product, and have ordered it more than once. Even the staff use them and they have held up very well. Our logo colors are orange and blue, and while I like the deep blue enamel I wish we could get a nice golden orange as well.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED—by C Jensen from Brenham, Tx | 8/18/2011

The face plates are stuck on with double-sided tape, and by the time my order arrived, many had already fallen off in the box and were stuck to others. As we unpacked them, it became clear that we would have to remove all and glue them down. Unfortunately, during this process of minimal handling, the face plates and the base in which they are mounted scratched easily, and we noticed that some were printed crooked. We ended up throwing away quite a few, as they already looked like they had been in use for years. We are debating about whether to give any of them to customers, since it takes minimal handling before they look bad enough to throw away. Amsterdam was accommodating and refunded us 30% of our original order total.

Resolution Update — We are truly sorry for the poor order of keytags you recieved. We hope you found our resolution satisfactory. We stand behind our products and if we send out a less than quality product, we appreciate the feedback to make us aware. We want all of our customers to be happy .

This is the best looking for our business. We have had so many good comments on this chain. Of course the only problem which was a big one, if they call that wrong cell number there will be an unhappy person. That would be wonderful though if they come to see who we are and purchases something. We also appreciate the fast work for re-shipping correct ones.
