These file folders are very ideal for an office, but when you have employees that have been with the company for many years and have a lot of paperwork in their file, they do not hold up as well because they are not designed to hold large amounts of paperwork.

We have used these folders in the past and really liked them. It's very handy to have all the info on the front to see at a glance. Love the inside pocket as well. We can keep paperwork organized without anything falling out
