When I placed the order the gentleman that assisted me with the order said that because of the dollar amount we qualified to get a FREE George Foreman Grill only thing is that we would have to pay for the shipment...I agreed and was charged $15.54 for shipping of product that I order and the grill on 9/21/09 I called and spoke to a lady named Kara or Tara she was very rude and said that we we're not going to be receiving any free gift which is fine but she was not able to answer my question as to WHY the person who placed the order offered the gift and WHY was our account charged for the shipping of the gift....it's 9/28/09 and still no grill so if you would be so kind as to refund us the amount your company charged our credit card for the shipment of the grill we at PERIO IMPLANT CENTER would appreciated...We would like to continue to order products from your company so you time and attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.
