I ordered the pens because of a sample I received in the mail. The pen seemed very nice, was a reasonable price and I liked the style, as well as the color. When I called to place my order, the saleslady was very pleasant and knowledgable. She also seemed very efficient. The pens arrived in just a few days. I am very pleased with the product and service.

I have only received favorable comments about these pens. They give the appearance of a high end pen and have good weight at a great value. They write so well that one employee's spouse borrowed it and wouldn't give it back. We received pens amazingly quick considering they had to be engraved. Excellent experience all the way around.

Not the quality I expected with this pen. The less expensive pen we purchased previously was a lot more sturdy. The top of the pen separates easily. Definitely will not order this pen next time.
Resolution Update — We have been in contact with this customer. We really do appreciate her feedback and for the chance to send her a new order. We want all of our customers to be aware they can contact us at anytime if they are not 100% satisfied with a purchase.

I really like this pen. I was Realator for two weeks in one bank and in another bank for 2 weeks the pens were a big success. Just wish I could buy more at this time but it will have to wait a while. I also requested a few samples of pens but have not received them as of yet. The color ink I like is blue. Deb McGrath 508 930 0243 The shipping was fast. I received an unsolicited pen in the mail, which I often do from other vendors. Typically I use them for a few days and discard them, but this pen became my go-to pen. Nice feel, very sturdy. For the first time I decided to order a box for my clients. They have been very well received. They are attractive, professional, and even have my logo on them. The only change I would make for the future would be to request a larger font for my phone #.
