We received excellent service, and there have been nothing but rave reviews regarding the pen and its design. The product not only looks sharp, but has a heavy, high caliber feel to it. Our consultants are eager to present them to clients and prospective clients. Just as importantly, when we discovered an issue that we had with the first shipment, it was corrected and the new shipment re-sent immediately and without charge. We are extremely pleased.

we ordered this pen with our logo. It was a new pen for us and having the logo was new as well. The pens arrived quickly and everyone is very pleased with them. We are anxious to give out at an upcoming event this month. Thanks for your great service.
