Some pens run out of ink or get clogged relatively quickly. The look of the pen has been received well.
Resolution Update — Our apologies that a few of the pens had issues with the ink flow. We only use high quality ink because we know that how a pen writes is important. The replacement pens we sent should write as good as they look!

This pen is a great pen. Writes great and has a feature that prevents clipping it on anything with the point out. The ink flow is all you would want as a gift to your clients. I would recommend this to anyone for any purpose!
