Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9)

Required by the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, our I-9 Form is updated to comply with all federal requirements, including Department of Homeland Security specifications.

All employers must verify both an employee’s eligibility to work and their identity. Our Employment Eligibility Verification (Form I-9) helps you comply with this law and avoid government sanctions by remaining in compliance. Be aware that these regulations affect all employers, both large and small.
