this was a very pretty pen, very impressive to look at, but our customers weren't too happy with the longevity of the pen and they were poorly put together. I was either getting complaints that they ran out of ink too fast or that they kept falling apart.
Resolution Update — Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have brought your experience to our production group and asked them to review how the pens are assembled. While we haven’t received any other complaints on this model we wanted to be proactive. We’re sorry you had issues and we were happy to replace all the problem pens.

It is a very nice pen for the money. It is heavy enough to feel expensive and it looks and writes great. Nicely engraved. Everybody that has received it has told me that they really like it. I got half light blue - pretty color, contrast with the inscription is more subtle - and half dark green, also a nice color, inscription is more noticable. I like both.
