when the pens first came 2 outta 3 i would take out would not write I called your company and they sent me replacements that seem to bo ok very good customer service in handling this situation quickly

Pen is an excellent quality pen. I would not have known it existed if I did not receive the promotion offer in the mail. I cannot buy any more in the future due to the regular price is high. I would have bought more with the promotion price but being the time of year (Christmas) I knew I couldn't afford more at that time. Knowing what I know now having seen, touched and used the pen I should have bought more with the promotion rate.

We received a direct-mail solicitation from Amsterdam Printing boasting their High-Quality services. We ordered 100 pens. Half of which had a logo and the other half with printed names of our company. Only half the order was shipped/arrived printed, we were over-charged, with many of the pens completely blank having no names/printing on them. We have emailed them regarding the issue but they have failed to reply. Disappointing experience and product overall.
