I ordered this pen for a conference in late February. When I ordered it, I specifically made several follow-up calls and emails notifying Union Pen that I needed the pen by a specific date. I was told that I would get the pens on time, but the day before the conference, when I called to find out their status, I was told they were still in Mexico! I received the pens 5 days late. I was told that shipping would not be charged and that I could return the pens. I decided to keep the pens and use them for another event but we had to buy backup pens that did not have our logo on it. While the pen itself is great, the customer service left something to be desired.
