The 150 Latera pens that I ordered were fine and the inscription was perfect. However, I ordered 50 blue pens, 50 red pens and 50 green pens for a total of 150 pens. I was sent 38 green pens 47 red pens and 69 blue pens for a total of 154 pens. That was nice of you to send me four more pens than the total that I ordered but my order was not really filled as requested. I was short the red and green pens even though you made up for it on the blue pens. I was able to use the whole order even though it was not exactly what I had requested. I would recommend your company to a friend but would warn them that their order may not be filled exactly. I was wanting to order the letter opener in which you put a business card, but am a little leary that the order may not be filled as requested and would love a sample of one first.

I like the pen, it really is of good quality. My only negative is the maroon color I purchased is a little more of a red shade.
