My original order for the digital weekly calendar arrived completely wrong in every way. When I contacted customer service about it I was told that the 2011 calendar year was no longer available. I was connected to another person to help me and she found another style that was still available for that calendar year at three times the price, but she gave it to me for my original price. Excellent Service!!
