I was impressed with the product sample, and satisfied with the pricing. However, when I changed the wording of the imprint, and received the order, I was very disappointed. The font size had increased substantially, noticeably cheapening the product. It looks rather clownish. I am no longer as enthusiastic about passing this calendar to our customers. I think that when a sample is offered for your consideration, and you sign-off on it, then the finished product should be reasonably similar if not identical to the sample. The calendar is terrific. The imprint is not very tasteful or attractive.
