We are short on time and the pens are all smudged up - not happy!—by Cre from Cre | 11/20/2012
Logo boxes are all uneven (on almost all pens) and there is a dividing line/partition running through the logo on 99% of the pens making the logo look split up. To make matters worse, ink smudging is rampant making them look unprofessional. We have loved Amsterdam's service before but this order clearly fell through the cracks. Not happy this time. We needed these pens for a promo event right after Thanksgiving but we are not sure if that will happen now (despite placing the order in a timely fashion). Please contact us if you are able to help promptly, otherwise we will have to look elsewhere.
